Olea Hills Farm

Olea Hills farm is a picturesque and serene property sitting on 30 acres, with rows upon rows of thriving olive trees. It boasts a Mediterranean climate in the rolling hills of Collesano Sicily, ideal for growing high-quality olives that are carefully harvested to produce premium extra virgin olive oil. 

Our farm is rooted in the principles of regenerative agriculture, which means we focus on soil health, biodiversity, and healthy ecosystems. At Olea Hills Farm, we practice rotational grazing within a silvopasture system. Our unique silvopasture system allows us to raise our animals within the olive grove that provide additional benefits which maximizes the health of our animals and the land . Our aim is to provide healthy, sustainable food to our community while protecting the land for future generations.
